1986 yılında kurulan İstanbul Tekstil ve Hammaddeleri İhracatçıları Birliği, İstanbul Tekstil ve Konfeksiyon İhracatçı Birlikleri Genel Sekreterliğine bağlı dört ihracat birliğinden biridir.
